The free tool is anonymous

The free tool (the budget builder, career matches, everything before checkout) does not require an account and does not store the choices you make. Your region, your bills, your budget, none of it is saved on our end. When you close the tab, it's gone, unless you choose to continue to the Blueprint.

What we collect if you buy a Blueprint

If you purchase the $19 Blueprint, we collect only what's needed to build and deliver it:

• Your email address, so we can send you the finished PDF
• Your first name, if you choose to enter it, to personalize the Blueprint's greeting (this field is optional)
• Your payment details, handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card information ourselves.
• The budget and interest-quiz answers you gave the free tool, which are used once to generate your Blueprint and are not kept afterward

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where the Blueprint's data comes from

Wage figures come from CareerOneStop (U.S. Department of Labor). School, tuition, and financial aid figures come from the College Scorecard (U.S. Department of Education). Both are public government data sources we query at the time your Blueprint is built, we don't store a copy of their databases ourselves.

Email delivery

Your Blueprint PDF is sent to you via Resend, our email delivery provider. Your email address is used only to deliver your Blueprint and respond if you contact us, we don't add you to a marketing list.

Cookies and analytics

MA Ahead does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
